Designing for Comfort in Workspaces

I’ve been noticing more interior designers overlook ergonomic principles when creating workspaces… For instance, having adjustable chairs can vastly improve comfort and productivity. Does anyone have tips or resources they rely on to ensure their designs support user well-being?

, it drives me nuts when designers skip over ergonomics! I always recommend using adjustable desks in my designs, because being able to switch between sitting and standing really boosts comfort and focus. Have you checked out the resources from the American Society of Interior Designers?

Absolutely, ergonomics can make or break a workspace! I usually suggest incorporating adjustable lighting along with chairs; it’s like giving your design a mood ring! Have you considered integrating biophilic elements as well for added comfort?
